Account verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) may be required before withdrawals are processed. 58ji may request a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. 58ji does not charge fees on deposits made via local Philippine payment methods, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your 58ji wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 58ji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposited funds are held in a segregated player fund account, separate from 58ji's operational funds.
58ji implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring in compliance with Philippine law. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger a review, and 58ji reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) Philippine business day.
There is no minimum withdrawal amount for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals have a minimum of ₱500. 58ji does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). 58ji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously withdrawn. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.
Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances and fully cleared bonus funds may be withdrawn.
